Mark as Useful What they do is call and ask for your copier model number and then send you a bunch of ink and toner and bill you for it and it's almost impossible to straighten it out.

Mark as Useful I report this once already. This keep call me and when i pick up the phone nobody say nothing and then they hang up the phone. I really tired of this person calling me. I hate some call me and play on phone. I wish somebody do something about this.
